Delete your account & data

You are always in control of your data. You can delete your Odù account, or ask us to delete your data, in either of the ways below.

01Delete from inside the app

The fastest way — your account and all associated data are removed immediately:

• Open the Odù app and sign in.
• Go to Profile (the avatar in the top-right).
• Scroll to Account & data and tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account, learning progress, and personal data are permanently deleted.

02Request account deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we will delete your account and all associated data:

Prefer to keep your account but remove your stored data? Email us and we'll delete your learning data while leaving your login in place:

04What gets deleted

Account deletion permanently removes your login (email), display name, and all learning data — lessons completed, streak, XP, gems, and preferences. We complete email requests within 30 days. Subscription billing is handled by Google Play; manage or cancel a subscription from the Play Store.
